Privacy file of ACF:

This file records how the Aero Club Fivelingo (ACF) association handles the personal data entrusted to it, with which authorities the data is shared and why, and how the consent of the data subjects is arranged for this. The privacy statement of the association is also included in this file and it describes how the privacy statement is brought to the attention of the members. Privacy statement of ACF: ACF records data such as name, address, place of residence, e-mail address and other data that are necessary for the execution of the membership. E-mail addresses are only used to send information that concerns our association, such as newsletters and information about invitations to events. Your data will only be used for the purposes for which it was obtained. Changes of address and other changes can be reported to the secretariat. Termination of membership takes place as laid down in the articles of association by giving notice to the secretary before 1 October of the current calendar year. ACF ensures good and appropriate security (both technical and physical) of the personal files entrusted to it. The spreadsheet membership administration is managed locally on a PC at the secretary. The secretary makes a monthly backup of the systems. The backup is on an SD card or USB stick and is kept in a locked drawer. A second copy is kept in the same way with the treasurer. The privacy statement is published on the website of the association www.acf-appingedam.nl. ACF uses the following system for recording personal data: Spreadsheet members/donor administration, personal data -Registration date -First letters: -Prefix: -Name: -Address: -Postal code: -Town of residence: -Telephone numbers: -Email address: -Date of birth: -Type(s) of certificate: -Date of termination: New members register with the secretary who registers in the spreadsheet processed. Cancellations are also submitted to the secretariat. The cancellations are also processed by the secretary and are kept in the system for another 2 years. After that, the person concerned is removed from the system.
